Quality & Sustainability Policy

By prioritizing social, environmental and cultural values, providing the necessary resources to implement pioneering structures in the tourism sector within the framework of local and international laws and standards, and by developing, maintaining and documenting a corporate culture founded on quality, food and water safety, occupational health and safety, information security, infectious disease management and sustainable tourism – and by implementing this Integrated Management System – we hereby commit to:

LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Complying with the applicable legislation, national and international standards, and all other conformity obligations related to our activities.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT AND ANALYSIS: Pursuing continual improvement based on the satisfaction of all stakeholders by assessing our internal and external issues and the needs and expectations of interested parties, and by proactively analyzing potential risks and the opportunities arising from those risks.

STAKEHOLDER FOCUS: Identifying objectives, risks, opportunities and threats; creating channels through which our employees, guests, the local community and all stakeholders can communicate their needs, requests, suggestions and complaints; and monitoring and measuring system performance and the effectiveness of practices with a stakeholder-centered approach.

EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION: Organizing necessary training to increase the awareness and competencies of our employees – preferably recruited from the local community – and ensuring incentives, motivation and effective communication so that employees participate in all our activities, including by contributing their suggestions.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY: Providing a safe and healthy working and living environment for our employees, guests and all stakeholders; planning to prevent accidents and occupational diseases; and establishing and effectively implementing an organization that can respond to emergencies as quickly and effectively as possible.

FOOD AND WATER SAFETY: Providing a safe and healthy working and living environment for our employees, guests and all stakeholders; planning to prevent illnesses that may arise from food, water and infection sources; and establishing and effectively implementing an organization that can respond to emergencies as quickly and effectively as possible.

INFORMATION SECURITY: Protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, and ensuring the personal data security of our employees, guests and stakeholders.

PROTECTION OF CHILDREN’S AND WOMEN’S RIGHTS: In our facilities, providing opportunities that contribute to children’s development and where children can freely and comfortably express their thoughts, wishes and feelings under parental supervision; opposing any actions that may have psychological or physical impacts or restrict the rights of children, women and persons with reduced mobility; raising awareness of this issue among all employees and stakeholders; and combating such actions within the framework of the law.

ACCESSIBLE/INCLUSIVE LIVING: Making the necessary arrangements so that employees and guests with reduced mobility can fully, safely and confidently access and use all facilities and environments.

FAIR WORK AND GENDER EQUALITY: Promoting women’s participation in the workforce without gender discrimination, observing the principle of equality, preventing restriction of rights, and providing a working and living environment that preserves work-life balance.

PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL LIFE: When planning our investments and activities, considering impacts on protected sensitive areas, historical heritage, and the integrity of the natural and cultural environment; using natural resources efficiently and sparingly; and preferring plants, practices and materials in landscaping that are appropriate to the local area, region and ecosystem.

We adopt the principle of producing as much energy as we consume: we will reduce our carbon footprint from energy and natural resource use that contributes to climate change by using energy-efficient devices and methods appropriate to current conditions; by investing and planning to reduce energy and natural resource consumption in our activities; and by measuring and analyzing consumption.

We will not include prohibited or endangered animals or plants that threaten natural life in our activities or on our premises; if such species are detected, we will report them directly to the competent authorities.

PROTECTING SOCIAL AND CULTURAL VALUES: Contributing to the protection, development and promotion of local and regional foods, sites and traditions of historical, archaeological, cultural and spiritual importance in our country and region.

PROCUREMENT: Evaluating the quality and suitability of all products and materials we procure in consultation with users, analyzing their fitness for purpose in our activities, and auditing our suppliers; minimizing harmful effects on the environment, natural life, ecosystems and human and animal health; preferring products with less packaging and lower carbon footprints; and sourcing more from local producers or fair-trade suppliers within the legal framework.

ZERO WASTE: Within the scope of the “Zero Waste” project, providing information and awareness so that waste is separated correctly and at source; preferring recyclable materials and ensuring effective separation of generated waste; ensuring that non-recyclable materials are disposed of by authorized institutions; and keeping the use of single-use items to the lowest possible level to reduce waste volume.

We hereby commit to these principles.
